1. What is the Cargill Global Scholars
Program?
The Cargill
Global Scholars Program is a distinctive scholarship opportunity that provides
financial support in addition to leadership development opportunities through
seminars, networking events, and a mentorship program.
Through this
scholarship program, Cargill wants to help nourish and build a network of
future leaders who can develop new innovations and positively contribute to
their communities. This program embodies Cargill’s commitment to improving
living standards and promoting vibrant and stable communities around the globe.
2. Why Apply?
There are
several key reasons to be a part of the Cargill Global Scholars Program.
• Receive
scholarship funding for up to two years to help off-set your undergraduate
education expenses

Participate in Cargill Global Scholars enrichment activities at the U.S. where
you will have the opportunity to network with Cargill executives, community and
business leaders, and members of the Cargill Global Scholars worldwide network
• Receive
academic and professional guidance and counseling from a Cargill leader through
the mentorship program

3. Who can
apply?
Applicant
eligibility will be determined based on meeting the required criteria.
1. Citizen
or permanent resident of Indonesia
2.
Enrollment in one of the partner universities which include:
• Institut
Pertanian Bogor (IPB)
• Institut
Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)
•
Universitas Brawijaya (UB)
•
Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM)
•
Universitas Hasanuddin (UNHAS)
•
Universitas Lampung (UNILA)
•
Universitas Tanjungpura (UNTAN)

4. What
are the requirements?
- Undergraduate
students of 2014 from IPB, ITS, UB, UGM, UNHAS, UNILA, and UNTAN.
Fields of study: Accounting (preference in Makassar area), Agriculture Related
Field, Biology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Mechanical
Engineering
- With GPA of
at least 3.0 (0-4 scale) for semester 1 - 3
- Involved in
social and student activities, and showing leadership potential

6. What
document should I prepare for the application to be uploaded online?
The
applicants have to attach these documents in the online application form (in
doc/docx/pdf/jpeg):
- University
transcript from semester 1 to 3
- High school
transcript record (daftar nilai di ijazah)
- Two (2)
Letter of References
- Resume (CV)
- Certification

The online
application must be completed in full and submitted by the deadline of March
1, 2016.
